Burnt orange and white floral knot earrings made using a Liberty fabric covered cord. I hand cut the fabric and cover the tiny cotton cord myself before creating the delicate knotted shapes. Perfect for everyday or special occasions, all earrings are finished with silver plated findings that are lead and nickel free and you have the choice of fish hooks for pierced ears or clip-on fasteners. As they are made from fabric these earrings are very light to wear making them comfortable enough to keep on all day.
I make these using genuine Liberty of London Tana Lawn fabric. The fabric is a simple line drawn floral design called June's Meadow; white flowers on a deep orange background with little pink and yellow flashes in the flowers. The placement of the colours will vary with each pair making it totally unique to you.
The knots are constructed of two individual pieces of hand-covered cord and are around 2.5cm long. The total length from the top curve of the fish hook to the bottom of the knot is 5.5cm. The cord section measures just under 2cm across at the widest part. The silver end caps are 7mm diameter.
