Shipping policy

All  orders are shipped Royal Mail Tracked 48, with the exception of Lucky Dip bags. 

For tracked orders you will be provided with a tracking number. If your parcel has not arrived please check the tracking yourself, ask your neighbours and check the address on your order before getting in touch.
